Our warm, nurturing and welcoming atmosphere helps first-time campers to assimilate quickly into the Modin family.  Camp Modin employs 160 teachers, mentors and counselors.  They are a dedicated group of carefully chosen and professionally trained  individuals with a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Their  collective goal is to make a difference and lasting impact on the lives of the children entrusted to their care.   The Modin program offers professional instruction in over 70 athletic, waterfront, creative arts and wilderness activities.  Specialized programs designed for Modin teens include cycling tours, whitewater rafting, Canadian tours, community service and leadership training. Camp Modin is accredited by the American Camp Association and is a member of the Maine Youth Camping Association.
